Missing an appointment anywhere is generally a faux-pas. Let's face it, we all forget sometimes or have emergencies that pop up at the last minute. We understand this just as well as anyone else. Don't worry, we're not going to kick you out of the practice for missing an appointment. All that we ask is that if you're going to miss your appointment that you pick up the phone and give us a call.
We request at least 24 hours notice so that we can we fill the time slot.

Cancellation Policy

Office Policies
We direct bill most insurance companies and take care of all the paperwork. It is your responsibility to be aware of what your insurance plan covers and what your maximum coverage is for the year. Some insurance companies will only reimburse you after you have paid for your treatment, so it is very important that you know how your plan works.
